Tim O'Callaghan Memorial Benefitting Hope House
Donation protected
Timothy O’Callaghan was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend that was the kindest heart that the world will ever see. Unfortunately, after a heroic fight with addiction issues throughout his life, Tim ultimately lost his battle on April 18.
Cherished son of Laura Mariotti and Michael O’Callaghan and stepson to Artie Mariotti, loving brother to Jackie Mariotti and Katie Schroeder, and adoring uncle to James and Anna, Tim was a long-time resident of Babylon, NY. Growing up, Tim was a standout student athlete who attended and played football at West Babylon High School and Wesleyan University. He graduated from Wesleyan in 2008 with honors and degrees in Psychology and Economics.
Tim found incredible support and healing from his time at the Hope House Ministries. Thanks to Father Frank and the Hope House, Tim’s last few years were some of his best and brought much peace for him and his loving family.
For all of us that knew and loved Tim and his family (or if you’ve also loved someone who has struggled with addiction), please consider donating to this fund. The family plans to donate all of the proceeds to the Hope House Ministries to memorialize a bench for the beautiful gardens in Tim’s honor and to help others just like Tim find a path to recovery and reach a promising future ahead.
