Tim Needs a Limb

I lost a leg,
I know not where.
It’s not here.
It’s not there.

Think now, Tim,
Where did you leave it?
You must recall
And go retrieve it.

I lost a leg.
That is plain to see.
Well not the whole thing,
But below the knee.

Tim's Story:

At the end of March, Tim went to the hospital with a burn injury on his foot made worse by existing blood sugar issues. The doctor said that at least four of his toes died immediately. His foot could not be saved, and the doctors performed a below-the-knee amputation of his right leg. 

He is looking forward to being fitted with a cool prosthesis that can be customized with cup holders, a glock pocket, and anything else we can think of.


Unfortunately, at the time of the accident, Tim was without insurance to help supplement the cost. We all know how independent Tim is, but right now, he will need a little help. The medical expenses including a hospital stay, multiple surgeries, prosthesis, physical therapy, and future related costs add up.

We created this fundraiser in order to bless him moving forward. A donation of any amount would help lessen the financial burden Tim faces due to his current shortcoming (pun intended).

In Tim's own words, "These things remain true and constant:  I am doing fine and will overcome this, God is still on His throne, and when football season starts, my Dallas Cowboys will be a disappointment."
