My name is Melissa Ogden, together with family and friends we are trying to raise money for my brother Tim DeFelice who is sadly in renal failure.  Tim is currently on the kidney donor list through Massachusetts General Hospital and will need kidney dialysis if he is not matched with a kidney donor.  

 We are asking for your help for a monetary donation to help raise money for Tim’s medical expenses not covered by his insurance and lost wages due to his medical needs.  A kidney transplant while optimal, will cost thousands of dollars in addition to anti-rejection medication that Tim will have to take for the rest of his life. Should Tim need dialysis, he needs to commit to at least 12 hours a week in the dialysis center at the hospital. This inevitably means a loss in wages as he will have to work less hours in order to receive his treatments.
