Tim Lander Medical Expenses

Our dear friend Tim Lander has recently been diagnosed with leukemia.  The doctors are very optimistic about his prognosis.  However, with any cancer there are unexpected financial hardships that you must be able to meet.  Tim has exhausted all avenues to meet most of these medical expenses.   If you could spare anything to help that would be greatly appreciated.   He was very reluctant to go this route to ask for help, but I know many people wish to help and relieve whatever burden they can.
