Tim Lambert, Program Manager in our Richmond CTC, has a wife and two younger children.
This weekend, Tim, his wife, and children left to go swimming. A neighbor reported the fire and when firefighters arrived, heavy flames were spreading from the deck to the inside of the home.
No one was home at the time of the fire, but a cat was inside the house. Firefighters were able to rescue and revive the cat. A local news station did a story about this: https://www.nbc12.com/2019/08/02/cat-revived-after-chesterfield-house-fire-displaced/
Sadly, this is the second time in six years Tim's house has burnt down.
Anything helps! The family appreciates the generosity. The money collected will help them start to move past this tragedy.
