I don't even know what to say. Tim. Tim Johnson. EVERYBODY IN THE BASSHEAD COMMUNITY KNEW HIM AND WAS ONE OF THE COOLEST / LOUDEST GUYS AROUND! When I heard the news that he had passed I couldn't believe it. I immediately had flashbacks to the time we demod one last time for our dear friend Vince Jackson. I was super close with Vince and I told Tim that day "Hey man just letting you know, I know you can't ever replace Vince but you gonna be my new Vince man! You always been cool and you got no filter just like him, yall should have been brothers! He gave me one of those crazy looks and laughed and said sounds good man." We kept in touch and shared many laughs since that day when he was busy roasting people online lol. The laughs he brought to all the bassheads could never be counted. A highly respected guy in the car audio community and just an all around great guy in general. I never would have dreamed I would be typing this out so soon for him when I sat there with him demoing for our dear friend Vince at his funeral. They always say the great ones always go to soon and that's definitely the case here. I'm putting together this fundraiser to help his wife with the expenses to give Tim the proper send off that he deserves, just like we did for Vince. So bassheads, lets do what we can and help her out as much as we can. Every time I do something like this for somebody I always have a ton of my followers comment “I wish I would have known you were doing that so I could have contributed / helped out as well” SO HERES YOUR CHANCE! And not that their needs to be any incentive for you to give BUT I’m going to take all of the names that donate and put them in a hat and draw a winner. That winner will get a brand new DOWN4SOUND JP23 amplifier, shipped to your door free of charge. If you don’t want it that’s fine we will forward the gift to somebody else. I'm also going to be donating $1000 of my own money on top of all that we raise here. SO, if you can find it in your heart to donate ANYTHING to help them I would greatly appreciate it!
