Our parents lost their home in the early morning hours of June 8th to a fire that was initiated by a strike of lightning that hit a nearby tree. They have been through so much in the past year with our dad still recovering from the effects of cancer surgery and treatment. Unfortunately, everything inside the home has been destroyed by fire, smoke, and water damage. They’ll will be taking time off of work to shuffle through what can be salvaged. As well as getting a new home set up for themselves. They are in need of basic necessities such as toiletries, clothes, and other miscellaneous items that we all take for granted each and everyday. We are looking to raise money for our parents to help ease the stress and burden of getting through the next few months. Our parents are a huge part of this community and are always extending their help and hearts to others. We would also appreciate all the prayers, words of kindness, and support during this rough time. Any help can go a long ways!
