As some of you may know, my father, Tim, was diagnosed with extensive small cell lung cancer just last month in November, 2023. Due to the aggresive nature of this type of cancer, and the severity of his particular case, he was forced to immediately begin both Chemo and Radiation therapy. My father - who was up until this point still working full time - is the primary provider for he and my mother, Teresa. During this time they are expected to incur several medical costs, with insurance co-pays having already begun to add up. This fund has been created in an effort to help alleviate those medical costs, along with the associated transportation costs of frequent travel for treatment as well as the acute salary decrease associated with time-off taken to receive these treatments. While travel right now is local, the potential to travel out of state for treatment remains a reality and will further increase financial need.

If you know Tim personally, you are likely aware of what a central part of our lives he is and has been - loyally and lovingly filling the role of "dad", "papa", "grandpa" and "husband". He is *the most* beloved grandfather to more than 17 grandchildren and we hope to see him to remission as quickly as we can.

Any contribution made will serve primarily to enable he and my mother's peace of mind in this other-wise very trying time and will exclusively be used in the payment of medical related expenses.
