Social Security has screwed Tim's monthly income once again. He has no power or water right now. To make matters worse, his dog Sascha has fluid built up on her side. The vet won't even see her unless he pays $50.00 up front, which he doesn't have. His dogs are his babies. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. If you can't help, please share.
