Tim Black, a beloved husband and father.

Tragedy has struck a beautiful family in the byron region. Our dear friend Michelle has very suddenly and unexpectedly lost her husband and life time partner Tim, leaving behind 4 devastated children Lilliana (6), Luka (9), Callem (12) and Jordan (13). The cause of Tim’s sudden death is still unknown and has left the family bewildered and shocked.
Tim was only 47 years old and lived a full and healthy life having grown up in the byron area. He was a beautiful loving dad & family man who simply adored his 4 children. He was a man of true integrity and honour who has always been greatly respected by the community. Tim shared his special ability to connect with children in his work as a primary school teacher and has become a very passionate mentor for many young children including his own.
Tim and his family have recently moved onto their land in Coorabell into a half finished shed, that they dreamed to turn into their forever home. Tim was the financial provider for the family and recently they've been doing it tough with only a camp toilet, camp shower and no hot water. Michelle is now left with the daunting task of trying to complete this project with no income, no husband, whilst also caring for and supporting their 4 children through their hardest days ahead.
Supporting Michelle will be a family and community lead effort to assist them as they begin to pick up the pieces. In addition to all the stressors and pain that come with losing a loved one, the financial burden will quickly begin to weigh on Michelle. We are asking for help for Michelle and the kids for a variety of urgent needs which include funeral costs, general living expenses and completing their home to make it comfortable for them to slowly start rebuilding their lives. We greatly appreciate any financial support that you may be able to offer, no matter how big or small
