Hello everyone!! My name is Tilly Malone, and I’m an art student at Kent State University studying studio art. I’ve been accepted into a study-abroad program in Florence, Italy this summer. A place I’ve dreamed of for a while to better educate myself and give myself a better future with hands-on experience and taking a chance not many get. I recently lost my grandparents, and they’ve always told me to chase my dreams and see the world. Going to Florence feels like carrying a piece of them with me. I’m working hard to save and continue working and applying for scholarships, but I can’t cover everything alone. Although I currently have a 3.9 GPA, scholarships are very competitive. I’ve set a goal of $5,000 to help make this possible. Any amount or share means more to me than I can say. Thank you for supporting my art, my future, and a dream.
