As you may know, Aubrey and Jordan have a beautiful baby girl, Matilda, who was born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) and has been in the hospital since birth (four months, now). Her fight has been a tough one, but Tilly and her family are strong and determined. It is unclear for how much longer Tilly will have to remain in the hospital, but her journey is a long one and the family needs our support. They have had to relocate from Lesotho (where their pets still remain) with their son Nate, to ensure Tilly gets the best care available. This has meant that both parents have not been able to work and have rent to pay (on top of hospital bills) to continue living in Philadelphia and providing Tilly with the best care at CHOP. They have not asked for our help, but we want to do something for them. They have always been kind and helpful to many of us. Their journey is inspirational and we want to do more for the family. If you are among those that want to contribute financially, in whatever amount you would like, we invite you to join this campaign and thank you in advance.
