Heart of Georgia Hospice has cared for patients and families across our 10-county Middle Georgia region since 1984. For more than 40 years, families have trusted us during some of the hardest days of their lives, and we've worked to meet them with comfort, dignity, and compassion. It's why we're known as the Hospice with the Big Heart.

We're getting ready to open our new location, and the area that will house the HOGH Thrift Store needs some care of its own.

Where your gift goes

This fundraiser is for the Thrift Store side of our new location. At least a quarter of the ceiling tiles in the area the Thrift Store will occupy are damaged, so we're replacing all 1,500 of them before our grand opening in November.

Why it matters

The HOGH Thrift Store is part of Heart of Georgia Hospice, and every purchase there supports our mission of caring for patients and families. A bright, welcoming store means more shoppers, more donated items, and more support for the care we provide.

How your gift will be used

Each replacement tile costs $6. Our goal is 1,500 tiles ($9,000) by September 30, and your gift goes toward buying new tiles for the Thrift Store area. No gift is too small: every $6 means one fewer damaged tile over our shoppers' heads.

How it works

$6 buys one tile. Give as many as you'd like. Every tile gets us closer to 1,500.

Get recognized. Give with your name showing, and we'll add you to the Tile by Tile ticker on our website along with your tile count.

Dedicate your tiles. Giving in memory or in honor of someone special? Add their name to your words of support, and we'll list it beside yours on the ticker.

Tile ($6): One tile, with your name and tile count on our website ticker

Row ($60): A full row of tiles, plus recognition in our Friday Facebook update

Section ($150): A whole section, highlighted and bolded on our ticker

Space ($600): 100 tiles, plus recognition on our website's "New Location" page for an entire year

Ceiling Champion ($1,500): 250 tiles, pinned to the top of our ticker, plus a free four-person team entry to our 2027 Charity Golf Tournament
