'Til we see you again....JC Reedy

Donation protected
For Georgie, Mandy, Meggy, Jake, Camden, Miah, Addie, and Ohklee....

A great man was born December 14, 1968 named John C. Reedy ("JC"). JC left this life to move on to his eternal life and be with another great man, his father, John H. Reedy, on October 29, 2021.

On September 22, 2021, Jay was diagnosed with Coronavirus. On October 6, 2021, he was admitted to the hospital in Woodstock, VA, after returning back to his passion and his dream that he built from the ground up....JmanZ Snacks! JC was a fighter his whole life. His passion for what he believed in extended far beyond the norm. Because of that strength and internal instinct to fight, there should be no question that this last battle was his biggest defeat. JC was full of life. There was not one person that ever met him that could possibly forget his extra loud, boisterous, and invigorating personality.  Jay loved all things sports. To go to bed  with and to wake up to the ESPN theme ringing in your ears was absolutely a normal routine.  It was his great love for all things sports that allowed him to be a phenomenal coach and mentor to many up and coming athletes, as well as an avid fan and supporter of his die hard teams, The Washington Redskins, Maryland Terrapins, Washington Capitols. Baltimore Orioles, and Jeff Gordon racing. The passing of JC is one that doesn't seem at all real, especially for someone so full of the life he had made for him and his beautiful family.

Jay leaves behind ONLY in this life, but not eternally, his strong-willed and wonderful mother,  Georgie; his beautiful, amazing, kind, patient, wife and mother of his last true love, Mandy; his gorgeous, feisty, spitfire, the glue that keeps all of us together, and most importantly, his first true love, Meaghan aka Meggy Weggy; his son Jake, a true success story who JC was so proud of; his "all star" athlete and spitting image of himself (both inside and out), Camden; his soccer superstar and beautiful daughter, Miah; his blonde haired, blue-eyed bombshell granddaughter, Addison; and lastly, but definitely not the least, Ohklee Jade, who represents everything he stood for...strength, perseverance, compassion, and beauty. Also left behind in this life is an army of friends and family that will forever, individually and jointly, hold memories so near and dear to their hearts as only the truest of armies do.

JC was the breadwinner for his family. Therefore, it is with the humblest of hearts that we are asking for donations to help with his family's medical expenses and in laying him to rest.

All donations will go directly to Meaghan and Mandy. Thank you to each and every one of you.
