Tikkun Olam for Tikva

Donation protected
Hello! My name is Sabrina Molinaroli, and I am a 7th grader in Hailey, Idaho. Being a part of the Jewish community with an upcoming bat mitzvah means taking on more of a role in my community and helping others. As an act of Tikkun Olam, I was drawn to a wonderful organization called Tikva that gives abused, homeless, and orphaned Jewish children of Ukraine a better home. As well as providing homes for Jewish children, Tikva invites Jewish families and the elderly inside their doors. I have decided to help this non-profit because seeing a non-profit help Jewish children not just survive but thrive, is an incredible act of selflessness that I would love to contribute to.

While Tikva offers many incredible things like fantastic food prepared by chefs, and accessible healthcare, one of its most valuable missions is education for children. Children that have gone through school with Tikva have acquired impressive jobs like English teachers or accountants.

Tikva has improved the lives of over 3,000 Jewish families as just a small charity, but currently, there are 2,500 children still hidden in the streets, waiting for Tikva to find them. With the war in Ukraine raging on, Tikva needs support more now than ever. While Tikva is still functioning, the houses are filling up fast with displaced families from across Ukraine.

It only takes a second to change someone's life; this is your opportunity. Giving a little bit of your time, money, and love will provide a new future for the Jewish children, families, and elderly of Ukraine. Thank you.
