One month ago, we as the BeTTesfa-Team, had the opportunity to send tote bags filled with essential supplies from Germany to the IDP Health Care Center in Mekelle, Tigray.

Tigray has been deeply affected by years of conflict, economic hardship, and disrupted access to healthcare and basic services. Due to the war, many families have been displaced from their homes, and humanitarian support remains limited. As a result, countless people struggle daily to meet even their most basic needs.

Seeing their situation up close changed us. What we thought would be a small gesture quickly showed us how great the need truly is. People there are facing daily challenges just to access basic necessities — things many of us take for granted.

We can’t look away.

That’s why we’re raising €1,000 by the end of this month to send more urgently needed support directly to them.
