Hi, I’m Tiffany a 43 yr old Single Mom who is trying to learn to live with kidney failure. I’m looking for some help financially to get through the journey of transplant. I am unable to work between being a single Mom, spending 15 hours a week getting my blood cleaned, as well as so many Drs appts and adventures along this path. The Co-Pays and Gas alone is killing me!
