We are coming together to support Tiffany Switzer of Butler, Pa. For the past 20 years, Tiffany has dedicated her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), bringing comfort, compassion, and strength to countless patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. Now, at just 38 years old, Tiffany finds herself on the other side of healthcare, facing the fight of her life. What began as a routine discovery of a breast lump in August quickly escalated into a terrifying reality. In a matter of just a couple of weeks, further scans revealed that the cancer has metastasized and spread to her lungs, liver, and bones.

While doctors are still completing the necessary diagnostic tests to map out the full extent of the diagnosis, the disease's aggressive nature requires immediate action. Tiffany is scheduled to begin chemotherapy this week. As a devoted single mother to her 11-year-old son, Declan, Tiffany's entire world revolves around her little boy. Tiffany and Declan live with her mother, Cindy. Their household has now been struck by an unimaginable feat: not only is Tiffany unable to work, but her mother must also step away from her own employment to become Tiffany's full-time caregiver. Overnight, a family that has always given so much to others has been left with zero household income while facing mounting medical bills, travel expenses for treatments, and the everyday costs of raising an 11-year-old child.
