Hi, my name is Tiffany. Life recently changed for me in a way I never could have imagined. After the sudden onset of POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), I went from being able to push through some of my anxiety to becoming housebound.
After working with my doctor and therapist, they have recommended I attend a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This program runs five days a week, about six hours a day, and is designed to help me stabilize, build up my coping tools and regain my independence.
The challenge is that this program is expensive, and attending means I’ve reached a place where I need to ask for help.
