Tiffani Jones's end of life care.

Tiffani Lee Jones, 40, of South Boston, MA, passed away on 10 June 2021. She succumbed to her battle with liver disease which was sudden and expedited by her autoimmune disease. She was surrounded at home by her loving family as she desired and requested. She was born on 6 February 1981 to the loving parents Cheryl Dalton Jones and Stephen Jones both deceased of South Boston. Loving Granddaughter of both Nana Jean and Nana Dalton.

She is survived by her daughter Kaylee Ann O'Connor of South Boston of whom Tiffani cherished and adored with all of her love. Also, survived by her loving Aunt Gayle Leary and Uncle Gerald "Judgie" Leary (deceased) of Dorchester, Aunt Donna Birmingham of Kingston, and Aunt Jamie Walsh of Dorchester. Uncle Kevin Jones of Florida, Uncle Llewelyn and Aunt Alicia Jones of Norwood, Aunt Jody and Uncle Ronald Spitz of Quincy, Uncle Terrence and Maureen Jones of Braintree, and Uncle Jeffrey Jones of West Roxbury. Tiffani was also survived by many countless loving and supportive cousins/siblings.

The family has entrusted Casper's Funeral, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston, with the arrangements. Tiffani's services will be held on June 15, 2021, from 4 pm to 7 pm.
