Hello Everyone,
As we all know and are saddened by the shocking news about Tiara. She unfortunately passed away Saturday Sept.14th. God had other plans for her up above with him and her Grandmother for her to join them. Tiara Velez was 31yrs old and the mother of 2 beautiful children, ages 5 & 12. She is survived by her mother Tanya, her brother Ryan & sister Jaeleen.
Due to the sudden and unexpected passing, we as a family are asking for help with making arrangements. Any amount received will be gladly appreciated by her family. All proceeds will be strictly for her arraignments, if, any money left over it will be given to her children.
