Tiana-Annie with medical expenses

Hi my name is Rebecca Litonjua and I’m Tiana-Annies mum

for the past 6 months my daughter had been complaining about having bad headaches and blurred vision

I took her to so many drs and they kept putting it down to post covid until two weeks ago she got really bad and ended up in the Fairfeild hospital with breathing issues and still bad headache

they sent her home after doing usual checks and told us to follow up with our family dr. We did just that.

My family dr sent Tiana for a MRI and the results came back On Monday

Tiana has been diagnosed with a Rathke Cleft Cyst ( Brain tumour)

it’s a Rare benign tumour on her Pituitury Gland near the base of her skull

although it’s benign the cyst has created significant medical problems as it has measured in the CM not MM it’s already affecting the pituitary gland and surroundings.

As a family we want to give Tiana the best support we can and make sure we can get to and from all her upcoming appointments and possibly surgery and also be able to pay parking and any other cost that may arise.

if you could pls find it in your hearts to donate any big or small amounts it will make a huge difference to us by taking some of the financial stress we will endure going forward.

We just want our daughter back to her bubbly happy self feel healthy and strong again.

just a little bit about Tiana

she is 15yrs old and loves to Dance.

dance is her passion and has been since she was a little girl. Tiana has been a volunteer the past two yrs giving free Dance classes to the community with a group of girls to give back to kids who wouldn’t have the opportunity to do dance outside of school. She would give up her Friday nights to give back to kids in community.

not to mention helping me with my free food hampers weekly.

this young lady gives so much to other’s without any hesitation and now she needs a bit of support from family and friends
