Help Tia, Parker & Jayce After Losing Their Beloved Dog, Balto

Last night, our dear friends Tia Parker and their 2-year-old son Jayce experienced a heartbreaking loss. Their beloved dog, Balto, was tragically hit by a car in a hit-and-run. Despite rushing to get him emergency care, Balto’s injuries were too severe, and they had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye.

On top of their grief, Tia was left with a $1,400 bill for Balto’s emergency euthanasia, an unexpected burden during an already difficult time. Like so many families right now, they’re navigating financial strain in a tough economy, and this added expense is overwhelming.

Tia and Jayce loved Balto deeply. He was more than a pet, he was family, a source of comfort, joy, and unconditional love. If you’re able to contribute, even a small amount, it would mean the world to them. Every donation helps ease the financial weight and honors the memory of a dog who was so dearly loved.
