Hi, I’m Tia

I’m 15 years old and I’ve been doing gymnastics since I was 3 — literally as long as I can remember! I’m a tumbler at Carmarthenshire School of Gymnastics and I’m proud to be part of the Welsh Gymnastics Squad. This sport is my whole world

I’ve been selected to represent Wales at the International Loule Cup in Portugal this October!

This is a huge honour, a chance to wear the Welsh leotard and compete against gymnasts from all over the world.

But here’s the thing…

It’s a self-funded trip, and I need to raise £760 to cover the travel, accommodation, kit, and competition costs. My parents already do so much to support me with training, travel, and everything in between, but we need a little help to make this one possible

I’ve trained so hard for this, hours in the gym every week, sore muscles, and more bruises than I can count

But it’s all been worth it, gymnastics has taught me discipline, determination, and how to keep going even when things get tough.

Representing Wales on an international stage is a dream come true, and I promise to give it everything I’ve got.
