Ms. Tia Courtney passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 11th. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Tia you knew her smile, laugh and wonderful sense of humor were infectious. The love she had for her family and friends was unmatched. She was a kind spirit, a Mother, Daughter, Sister and friend.
