Tia Chartier memorial fund

We unexpectedly lost a great woman way to soon. At 53 years young nobody was prepared for such a devastating event. Tia was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a long time social worker and teacher, forever helping others.  We are hoping to raise money to help alleviate the financial stress of this very unfortunate tragedy.
