TI SEEKING ASSISTANCE!

I am in a small town dealing with TONS of corruption,  it stems from a potential suit I had with a community college. They have blacklisted me and caused me all kinds of hardships.  My rights have been  intentionally and maliciously trampled, and completely disregarded! Some of the malicious things they have done are so so MIND-BLOWING, I can't even divulge it here.  Please think of all the things people need to fight corruption against institutions that every resource and  also have millions of dollars for lawyers, etc., they have  every single advantage under the sun.  There are very basic things needed for living and various safety items needed.  The needs I am referencing are not needs of anything superficial or lavish.   I have been terrorized in all kinds of ways in this community similar to how hate groups would terrorize people in the 40s.  When I say, it doesn't get anymore corrupt than this situation, that is not an embellishment to gain sympathy or empathy, please help if you feel compelled.  It is a Goliath against David situation.
