Another beloved Thunderbird employee needs our help! Mo Cruz, a server in the grill, has worked at Thunderbird for 31 years. On Friday evening, October 1, Mo was riding his motorcycle near Joshua tree when he lost control on a turn and fell on his left side. Fortunately a passing driver saw him and called 911. He went to a hospital in Joshua Tree but was then transferred to Palm Springs. He suffered 6 broken ribs and his clavicle was broken in three pieces with several other loose fragments. He has avoided surgery for the time being, but cannot work until at least March. Mo's loyalty is another example of what makes Thunderbird special.
