Thumbelina needs help

Those of you that know me, know that I hate to ask for help. Thumbelina needs your help. This is an X-ray of her neck from this morning, August 9th, 2021. We are not even sure if she is able to be fixed AKA potential surgery, but I have an appointment for her on September 8th at 8:00 a.m at VCA in Sacramento where I took Journey. They have the x-rays and will want to do an MRI before they even talk about surgery and the MRI is at least $5000. Please share....
