Harvey Flood Relief

Okay, guys. I lived in a house in Humble that took 40 inches due to Harvey. I lost damn near everything. A lifetime's worth of collecting my nerdy shit, signed, vintage, whatever. I don't have insurance or flood insurance, or even renter's insurance, and since I was living with a good friend, I don't have anything to claim on his insurance because it was a verbal agreement situation. I hate asking for anything, but again, I've lost a lifetime's worth of irreplacebale stuff and valuables, and many friends have encouraged me to do this. I don't even know what to expect and I don't expect anything, but I've had so many friends tell me this is my best option outside of insurance considering my situation. Anything will help, and I love you all, and I am so rich with friends and family willing to help me out. I know many people have already offered their support. This is the the easiest way to ask for it considering that. Anything. And I mean ANYTHING is appreciated. I've lost so much. I have no idea what my next step is. But I thank everyone in advance for their contributions, no matter how much. The money will be used for many things, but mostly towards finding another place to live since the house I was living at will probably sold by my buddy after it's rebuilt. Money is incredibly tight. There is no time table. I am currently residing with my folks, but would like to find my own place at some point in the not so distant future.
