Thrown out a 2nd story window! Pls help Catfish

Hi. My name is Heidi Walker and I am the director of Yorkie911 Rescue. Catfish is a sweet 1 yr old boy who was tossed out a 2nd story window of an apartment building. He suffered pelvic fractures in 3 places and will undergo surgery tomorrow which will include plates and screws to put him back together. He will need strict crate rest for weeks I order to heal.
