Hey everyone,

As many of you have heard, seen and experienced the fires in Los Angeles have been truly devastating to many. One of our nearest and dearest, Joe Gurule or known better to some of us as FreethrowJoe or Joeepropa and his wonderful girlfriend Kayla lost their home in Altadena in the Eaton fires. Joe is one of the most selfless people I know and truly is an absolute gem of a human being. I think it's safe to say he's an inspiration to all of us who have been fortunate enough to cross paths with him. Not to mention Joe is one of the most talented barbers and artists, and just as he shows up for his clients in the early morning hours, I feel it's time we show up for him. And lets not forget about Kayla who equally is a gem of a human and has embarked on her career path recently working for the Dept of Fish and Wildlife, teaching Joe the ways of the outdoors ;) We as a team, community and friends would like to support Joe and Kayla during this time and help them get back on their feet by starting this new chapter of life with as little stress as possible. Our goal is to help raise enough money to help them get a new place to call home (deposit + couple months rent), as well as being able to furnish their home, new clothes, groceries, etc. If you are in a position where you are able to donate, it would be very much appreciated!
