Monday morning, Scott Throckmorton, who is a seasoned hunter, and who is extremely mindful of safety, went deer hunting on property behind his house. Somehow, something had not been secured properly on his stand, that he thought was, and he fell over 25 feet from a tree. He has a crushed heal, 4 broken bones in his leg and several fractures in his back. He had his first surgery the day of the accident and is expected to have several more over the next few weeks.
Scott is an amazing husband, father, son, brother and friend. He is loyal employee and is hopeful to return to his job as soon as possible. He has been married for nearly 15 years and has three beautiful daughters. He is the primary breadwinner for his family, carries their insurance and serves them well.
Today, he and his wife Sara and their family need your help. Their disability benefits are unsure and their financial load will be heavier with his long road to complete recovery with all the treatment that will be needed. He is expected to be out of work for several months. Please, please pray for them and pray fully consider contributing to help with their financial need. We are trusting the Lord to meet all their needs. However, he uses others to be His hands and feet and to be the conduit of His provision in our lives and the lives of others in need. You can be used of Him today to provide for their need. We will give Him all the glory and praise Him as you give. Because His Word says, what do I have to give that didn’t first come from Him. We are so thankful to Him for His hand of protection over Scott on Monday and we know that He will provide for their every need. Thank you for your prayers, your emotional support, and your financial support. To God be the glory.
