National autistic society and the ADHD Foundation

Hi myself and Jack are doing the Three Peaks challenge over the weekend of August 30th . We are rasing money for Autistic society and ADHD foundation which are very close to our hearts with us both having sons who are diagnosed.

Neither of us climb mountains for fun so as can imagine this is going to a BIG challenge for both of us. Any donation's however small would be amazing , thanks for helping

I Jack Thompson (Machine driver at Barhale) will be conducting the three peaks challenge on 30th August 2025 with colleague and good friend Gary Penlington. This will be started and hopfully completed within the 24hr window.

I am doing this challenge to help raise as much money for the ADHD foundation as the end of last year (2024) my son was diagnosed with this disorder.

There have been many occasions where times have became challenging regarding his behaviours however with the support and help that is out there there have been given strategies and procedures that we have followed and put into place to help give him the best support and help they he needs and deserves.

I would like to raise as much money as possible for my chosen charity ( ADHD Foundation) so that more help and support can be given to those who have people dear to them that suffer from this disorder. Hopfully the money that can be raised can help the foundation find and provide even more help to those who need it the most.
