Three Peak Challenge in memory of Chris Wimble

Hi everyone,

Myself, Danny Towers, Danny Miller, Alex Barclay, James Barclay and Matt Porter will be embarking on the 'Three Peak Challenge' in support of St Wilfrid's Hospice. This will entail taking on the three highest peaks in England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and Wales (Snowdon) between the 26th and 28th May 2021. We are doing this in the memory of the late, great Chris Wimble, father to our good friend Rob, who was looked after amazingly by the Hospice during his time there before his passing.

Chris was a very well-known and loved man in the local area and as well as setting up a football tournament in his memory, we wanted to try and raise some much needed funds for the hospice. Any funds raised will help to fund the palliative care services provided by the Hospice free of charge to our local community.

With a total of roughly 27 miles to be climbed at an assent of 10,000 feet, this is going to be a hard task for our not so fit group, but we're hoping that we can make a small difference for the Hospice in the memory of Chris and for our good mate Rob. Any support you're able to give will be hugely appreciated!
