Three Peak Challenge for North Staffs Mind

From 4th-5th June a number of us will be attempting the National Three Peak Challenge in 24hrs.

This challenge consists of climbing three of the highest peaks in the Uk Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m). We will roughly be trekking 37km and the total ascent will be 3064 metres. Raising money for North Staffs Mind in memory of our good friend Rich!

Unfortunately earlier this year we lost a dear friend to suicide. Anyone you will ever speak to will say Rich was the nicest, most kind hearted, supportive and funny person who would do anything for anyone. Rich was a police officer who helped so many people and was amazing at what he did. Rich would always have a smile on his face which would light up a room whenever he walked in! Loosing someone to suicide is the worst thing in the world, no one will ever be able to describe that feeling. We want Rich’s memory to live on and we know that raising money for North Staff Minds will help other people going through what Rich went through reach out for help!
