Three Guys Trying To Follow Their Dream

At the beginning of 2023, 3 guys set out to follow their dream of opening their own brewery. No dreams of grandeur, just your small local brew pub producing enough beer to supply our own establishment and making some good eats to compliment the beer. Through our struggles of trying to open, we have fought with the city time and time again. One of the main fights we had was proving to the fire department the wall and gap between our building and the entire separate building next to us was at least rated for the 3-hour burn. after months of fighting this issue, we learned that our occupancy put us in a classification where this burn rating did not even matter. 3 months wasted. After all of this, we were told to start our final inspection process and were good to go and begin the final process before opening. We saw the light at the end of the tunnel! To our surprise, a week before we thought we would be able to open our doors, we are now being told that we need to install a hood ventilation system over our brewhouse. Specs and proposed plans for our build-out they have had in their possession since May. 3 months ago. I am creating this GoFundMe in hopes to raise money to fund this hood ventilation system that is now required of us. We thought this process was almost over and have exhausted all funding we have managed to receive to get this far. Being so close to living our dream we CANNOT give up now. The three of us (Nick Coons, Christopher Anderson, and Remington Oatman) have collectively over 30 years of experience in the brewing industry alone and our dream is to create a job that utilizes our expertise and can make enough money to support ourselves and our families.
