Thoughts and Prayers for our Baby Zinaya

We lost our baby, Zinaya, on the 23rd of July.

Our due date was originally August 15th but on the 22 of July, we rushed to the hospital due to stomach pain and nausea. We thought our baby girl was coming early. We were so excited to see her and hold her.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. It just doesn’t feel real at all. We had to deliver her and when she came out, she looked like she was just asleep and that she would wake up or cry at any moment. It’s still very hard for us to accept the truth which will only take time.

We had a baby shower for her and received many, many gifts that won’t be put to use. Our family and friends showed so much love and affection for our baby on the way.
