Thoughts and Prayers for Luna

My sister's cat Luna has been very sick. After weeks and $3,000 worth of testing and treatments, finally we discovered she has cryptococcus, a rare fungal infection which only 1 in every 10,000 cats get. It'll be a long recovery, awaiting for her to regain her mobility, appetite, and most recently the loss of her vision..

Kerry and Luna are ready to fight and it will be a long recovery. Many of you know my sister and you know how loving and loyal she is. Through Luna's fight, she has not left her side and provided her basic life necessities like carrying her to the litter box and feeding her through a syringe. She's not out of the woods yet. Please send your thoughts and love. She is only 4 years old and she deserves to have many more. Luna deserves to regain everything that's been already taken from her.
