I am Aawash Joshi from Nepal, and today I’m reaching out with a humble request from the bottom of my heart.

A seven-year-old boy, who is not just anyone, but my close family friend and neighbor, is once again battling cancer. He had bravely fought and defeated this deadly disease once before. But sadly, the cancer has returned, and his condition now requires urgent and expensive treatment. As per the doctors they estimated that it may cost around $20million(NRS 2crore) To transplant his bone marrow the only way to save him and it's huge amount for anyone.

His family has already spent everything they had during the previous treatments. They’ve fought this battle with strength, love, and everything they could offer—but now they need our help.

As we all know, cancer treatment is incredibly costly, and it’s nearly impossible for a single family to bear that burden alone. That’s why I’m reaching out to you—not just as a friend, but as a fellow human being—to help save this young boy’s life.
