Hi everyone!

My dad and I are training hard this summer to bike the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton this fall in memory of both of my grandfathers who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s/Dementia in their later years. Those who know someone that has been diagnosed with this terrible disease knows that it truly is “the long goodbye” and so hard to watch a loved one go through.

We will begin our 300km journey on September 27th in Baddeck, CB and travel the whole Cabot Trail before ending up back in Baddeck again. The goal of our ride is to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada- an organization that is very important to myself and my family.
