Help Randy defend himself against HISA

Donation protected
Randy Preston has supported the horse racing industry in Kentucky for over 30 years. In all the starts his horses have made, no horse has ever had bad test. He has an unblemished training career. UNTIL now, when one of the horses he trained tested positive for Methamphetamine.

The amount of methamphetamine was so small it measured in picograms, which is one-trillionth of a gram. Investigation revealed that this horse's positive test was most likely due to a non-employee that inadvertently exposed the horse to methamphetamine. But despite this accidental exposure, and despite the amount found in the blood being measured in picograms ( remember it would take 1,000,000,000,000 picograms to make just 1 gram), Randy has been suspended by HISA and KHRC and is not allowed to train or race his horses. He has been kicked out of The Thoroughbred Training Center and had zero opportunity for due process before the suspension was put in place.

As a result, Randy has lost his career and livelihood. Additionally, he may be fined 10- 25,000 and so far has over $7000 in legal bills.

HISA sanctions need to be modified so that they don't have a destructive effect on trainers and on horse owners and their horses.
Horseman need to help each. Randy's situation could happen to anyone. Horse racing's future is at risk.

Please help support Randy his legal battle!
