Thornwell FC Under 18's - 10km M48 bridge Run 3rd October

Thornwell FC Under 18s is a new club that saw the merger of Caerwent FC and Garden City FC under 16s. The lads did not have an option to continue their football at their current clubs so the coaching staff had to find an alternative route for the 27 lads. The club has been set up from scratch with good progress made with grants and business sponsors..... however, we are still looking to give these boys the best possible chance to develop themselves not only as players but also as individuals uniting together as a team.

With the team set up from scratch we have limited funds that allow us to buy valuable equipment and kit for the lads. Your donation will be contributing towards the funding for new training goals, training kit and other items needed to support the lads.

In order for you to part with your money the boys are willing to work for it. The plan is to run the 10km route over the M48 bridge on the 3rd of October. This will be something none of the lads have ever done and will be a huge challenge for them. The coaches will also get involved in the action to help support the lads.
