Thornton children education fund

The sudden loss of Patti Thornton is devastating to so many not the least of which her 2 children who were her pride and joy. Patti was so many things to so many people. She was the main financial support for her family, the ever-doting Mom of Megan and Joey, the hilarious, supportive coworker, the understanding, empathetic boss, the loving wife of Tommy Joe, and the best kind of ride-or-die friend.

Patti has cared for thousands of critically ill children and their families over the last 22 years in the pediatric ICU as a nurse and then as a nurse manager. In addition, she mentored hundreds of nurses, always leading by example and treating all her employees like her family. There was nothing Patti Ann wouldn't do for you if she could.

The Thornton Family will need significant financial help with the college tuitions for her 2 children. It was Patti's greatest wish for her kids to go to the schools they are attending. Please consider donating to this family. Their need is great as was Patti's generous spirit.
