We are putting together to help the DiPietro family. A family that is very dear to all of our hearts and one that is embarking on a journey that no one should ever have to embark on.
Tricia and Vinny are parents to amazing twins, Ava and Thomas, who are seven years old. Thomas was recently diagnosed with Ewing's Saracoma, which is a form of cancer. With this diagnosis comes a fight to kick cancer's ass. Thomas is going to be starting chemo soon and will have to endure 17 cycles with each cycle being three weeks. These treatments will be taking place at Sloan Kettering.
This is going to be a an almost year long battle and, as one can imagine, is going to be both emotionally and psychically exhausting for all involved. Not only will this take a toll on them both emotionally and physcially, this will also be finanically draining from the medical bills, parking at the hosptial, etc.
If we can help them in anyway, let's do it.
