Thomas Tran Memorial Fund
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart, we are saddened to announce the sudden death of Thomas Le Tran. He lost his life battling stage 4 cancer on November 30, 2021. At the time of his passing, Thomas was surrounded by his friends and family.
Thomas grew up in San Gabriel Valley with two younger brothers and two younger cousins. The 5 boys were inseparable and being the oldest, he felt a sense of responsibility to watch over everyone growing up. When Thomas was first diagnosed with cancer, he tried to battle the illness alone, so no one had to worry. Up to his last days, he would insist that his friends and family go home to rest instead of sitting next to his bedside.
Thomas enjoyed many things in life. He loved music, playing sports, being outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, but most of all, he loved being a father. No matter how tired he was, he would always make time for his kids to take them hiking, bike riding, play basketball or just to sit beside them.
As a father, the last thing he wants is to make sure that his children are going to be ok. He wants to make sure his kids are protected. He wants them to find peace in their soul and happiness in their heart. Lastly, he will want them to find strength to move forward and continue to live their lives to the fullest and for Jalen, Jesse and Ellie to know that their father will always watch over them from above and love them.
He leaves behind his two sons Jalen, Jesse and his daughter Ellie Tran as he will be able to hold his 4th son Jase Tran in Heaven.
The Tran family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support. In lieu of flowers your donation will go towards helping to offset the costs of his funeral as well as helping his children with their school needs.
The memorial will be held at the San Gabriel Mission on 12/14 at 10:00 am.
Family is Forever.
Sincerely the Tran Family
