Thomas (Tommy) John Anderson (Proscia) - Celebration of Life

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the news of Tommy's unfortunate passing on August 4, 2025.

My dear friends Deb & Joe Proscia, along with their daughters, Emily and Danielle, lost their son, brother, and friend at 26 years old. The circumstances of his death are still being investigated, but it appears Tommy's death was due to pure negligence on the part of the care facility where he was living.

Tommy had a beautiful smile and an even bigger heart. He loved the pool and beach. He enjoyed watching his Disney sing-alongs and Bear in the Big Blue House while eating his Teddy Grahams. Tommy was never able to speak and communicate with his family, but through his eyes, smile, and softest touch, you knew there was so much love he had inside.

Tommy's family is now facing the difficult task of arranging a proper farewell for him, and while their hearts are broken, I'd like to help the Proscia family celebrate the wonderful person Tommy was. I am setting up this GoFundMe to help alleviate the financial burden of the travel and funeral services the Proscia family will have to take on.

Your generous donation, no matter the size, will help the Proscia's provide Tommy with the respectful and loving send-off he so deserves. It will also allow them to focus on grieving and remembering Tommy during this incredibly challenging time.
