Thomas "Tha Red Baron" Brill memorial

Hi, my name is Carlos Sanchez,

I created this fund on behalf of my friend Thomas Brill's mother, Sunday Haras. Some of you may know Thomas by his stage name "Tha Red Baron". Red Baron was a beacon of light in what can otherwise be a very competitive genre in the CT music scene. He was insanely talented and it showed through his music. I had the privilege of witnessing this first hand, as his producer & DJ of the last three years, under the alias "DJ Lack Of Sleep". Under the name "Tha Red Baron", Thomas opened up shows for Griselda  (Westside Gunn , Conway  and Benny The Butcher), Immortal Technique , G Herbo  & Lil Durk  to name a few. Red Baron was a rising star that will be greatly missed in the music world.

Thomas was supportive to everyone and one of the realest people you would have ever met. He was never afraid of being himself and encouraging others to do the same. If you were family or a close friend, you truly know what an incredible confidant he was. Consistently being there whenever you needed an ear, or a shoulder to lean on. Thomas loved animals; so much so that, it inspired him to become a vegan for most of his life. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold and a smile that could light a room up. Always maintaining a positive attitude regardless of whatever he was going through. Often putting others before himself, he truthfully talked the talk and walked the walk. Acting as a home health aide caregiver, for his great grandmother and most recently his aunt. Thomas tragically passed away from a heart attack in his sleep, early in the morning on Friday, July 16, 2021. This was a shock to his friends as they recently learned about his family's history of heart failure. We will all feel a hole in our hearts forever. We lost a family member, a friend and one of our favorite artist. All we can do now is try to honor his legacy, as he didn't want to go so soon. Since, he had plans of accomplishing way more. We are asking you donate whatever you can, to help his family with expenses of his untimely death.
