Hi our names are Cynthia and Babette. We have made this go fund me to help support our nephews family. Thomas was a 36 year old husband, father, son and friend. He loved his family and lived everyday for them. He was a man of God and faith. The tragic day of his death he was actually coming home from church and a wedding. Fishing was his favorite hobby. Something they shared as a family. He was tragically killed in an auto accident by a selfish drunk driver. It also left his middle daughter with a fractured leg and sever concussion. He left behind his devoted wife of 17 years and 4 young children ages 8, 11, 13, and 15. He was the main provider for his family. He just excepted a position to a very good paying job and only had the opportunity to have worked one week before his life was taken. His wife has a heart condition that does not allow her to work outside the home. And she also has seizures that doesn’t allow her to drive. You can only imagine how much more devastating this makes her situation alone with her children without our sweet nephew. She has multiple appointments at Cleveland Clinic for her heart and sadly her oldest daughter has just been diagnosed with the same heart condition. Thomas was their rock and their provider. The loss of Thomas has put her in a very scary and unstable position. She will need to pay for rides to her appointments when family and friends are unable to provide them for her. She has been left without an income. These conditions are life long for her and her children. She will be traveling for treatments the rest of her life. On top of all these hardships she now has a funeral, medical bills, and appointments to plan. As he was new to the company he worked for the life insurance did not become available before his death. Sadly the house they rented was sold just a short time ago and they were forced to move after their lease was up. In this economy and housing market they were unable to acquire a home. They had to move in with Thomas’s father and step mother. So not only did they lose their Husband/Father they lost their home, transportation, income, and stability. They are devastated. Not only do they have to bury there hero, their friend, their favorite. They also have to worry about all these other things. They are going through enough and this is only adding to their burdens. I can’t imagine how I would feel in their situation. It breaks my heart so badly. Please give what you can. Everything and anything helps. And it will be greatly appreciated during these hard times. And thank you in advance. We can’t thank you enough.
