Hello, my name is Zac. I am the step son of Thomas. I am raising money to help my mother, Teresa O’Brien, with funeral expenses and to help her get by with monthly bills. Thomas was 61 years old; he was born in San Mateo, California and raised in San Jose. Thomas lived in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Teresa, where he spent his time playing golf, watching football, or any kind of sports. Most importantly, he cherished spending time with his family and grandkids- Kolton, Saylor, and Harper. He was happily married to Teresa and he was a very dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He worked very hard to give him and Teresa a good life. Thomas is missed, greatly, by all of those that knew him. Thank you for your support and your condolences.
